My experience was completely subpar. I had to utilize their services because I was hit in a collision and working with the liable party’s insurance. My issues were not resolved for a week, but my husband called once and miraculously it changed. That should’ve never been the case. Both vehicles I drove were only OK and the last one smelling of cat urine. Several of my colleagues told me of similar experiences with Enterprise. I was left stranded by Hertz, which didn’t have a car that I booked. I was able to book a standard car through Enterprise, who sent someone to pick me up and drive me to their location. They had a Chevy Trax for me at no extra cost. Then when I returned it, they drove me down the road to my next destination.
