Excellent location had my rental ready when arrived customer service was super good the entire staff was very friendly and helpful
Easy in and out when I made a reservation ahead of time online. Zach helped me pick up and drop off. Convenient location bordering east colonial/downtown Orlando, around the corner from Baldwin Park.
I scheduled a pickup at 8am from a body shop to this location to get an insurance rental. After 1 hour of waiting I had to call them ask for an update. Pickup driver was clueless and missed the entrance multiple times to the body shop. I had to flag him down in the middle of the street.They didn’t even compensate for anything. Very disorganized and lazy.
