Very quick and hassle-free to rent here, with friendly staff.
They lied to us about having a minivan on hand. After wasting time going to Crestwood only to find that there was no minivan, we had to drive way out to nowhere to find one. If they had just taken the time to honestly look at their stock, it would've made things a lot easier for us.

Jake at the Watson location made it a breeze getting into a vehicle after having to take my car to be repaired. He went above and beyond to assist me and did not forget to call me back as promised. Even th extra mile he took to get me I. Something for rhe family was greatly appreciated. And for that I look forward to any additional future adventures going through Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Watson for my business.
Blaming me for damages I never committed before. Trying to pin me for others that damaged the rental. Will never again,or recommended others here for this company nationwide now.
