I been to this site mulitple times to rent cars, very happy with the team there. They always professional, always had a car for me. 5 stars
Answer the phone! Hire someone to only answer phones. Everytime I call I'm on hold FOREVER before someone answers. Currently at 32minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. This IS NOT acceptable.
I had issues with my credit card and paying with debit. It was stressful but they helped me find a way.

I was on a business trip to St Louis using a Enterprise rental car. I picked it up in Indianapolis a couple days before. I was having trouble with my phone GPS tethering with the car. I stopped a couple different days for help getting reset. The two young men who helped me were Jake and Matt. They were very kind and professional at helping me.
