I recently rented a car with them the first car I picked up the ac didn't work and I had to come back and exchange the car which made me late to work. The car I exchanged for wasn't even cleaned out or washed because I found the last renters trash in the back doors and the outside was dirty. They did upgrade me free of charge for having to come back. I have reserved a car through Sacramento Jet Center at Sacramento Executive Airport for the past two Thanksgiving holidays. Each year it took only one phone call to the Jet Center to set things up. When I taxied up to their facility, the car was waiting next to the airplane parking area. Upon leaving, I just parked the car where I picked it up. I plan to do the same next year.
