Booked a van (Chrysler Pacifica or similar) online a month in advance for a family trip. The day of the trip I recived a phone call from them saying they do not have a van available or anything with more than 5 seats. They told me vans are a speciality request and I should have called in to confirm availability. When I asked them how to cancel without being charged they told me that they are unable to help because it was booked through expedia.

I rented a car for 3 days. Everything went smoothly with reservation, pickup. The car was nice, clean and met all my needs. Staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend.

If I could give no stars I would!!! As a business owner and knowing the importance of online reviews I have never left a bad review and this is the first. I've been trying to rent a car for a week now. Reserved many times this week with no success. Spoke to them on phone "we're only a satellite location" is the excuse. Vehicles sitting in the yard all week and clearly available or customers are paying for them to sit there not being used.
