Like others, if I could give zero stars I would. We've been waiting 5 days for a rental for an insurance claim. We were told Thursday that we'd get one by the following Wednesday and now it's going to be another week before Rita can get us into a rental because all the vehicles in their lot are apparently spoken for. Then says that there is nothing they can do, they are only a satellite location. Booked a van (Chrysler Pacifica or similar) online a month in advance for a family trip. The day of the trip I recived a phone call from them saying they do not have a van available or anything with more than 5 seats. They told me vans are a speciality request and I should have called in to confirm availability. When I asked them how to cancel without being charged they told me that they are unable to help because it was booked through expedia.
