I have never experienced the service or lack there of at this location and I have been a customer for many years. I had booked a midsized suv for a 10a pick. I called at 8:41am to schedule a pickup, and spoke to a gentleman named Murphy, who explained that they didn’t yet have a vehicle available. He asked that I call back at 10:30a, so I did, the same info was relayed. He assured me that he would follow up with me. This never happened. I did not receive my full deposit back after returning the vehicle. When I tried calling (multiple times) to resolve the issue, I was placed on an immediate hold and left waiting for over an hour before finally giving up and contacting customer service instead. On top of that, the car was originally going to be released to me with an empty gas tank. After I stated something about it, they filled it to half a tank and told me I just had to bring it back at the same level — which I did. Despite that, I was still shorted $30 on... read more
