Every staff member at this location (Roswell) is phenomenal. I had two vacation trips back-to-back, and they were so booked they went to different locations to make sure my family and I had a smooth and comfortable travel. I truly appreciate y'all and Murphy if I spelled his name right. You're the best and I thank you for helping me and providing me with great service. I know this location is very busy and y'all make it happen to get everyone what they need and on the road. Thank Y'all.
Staff is nice and friendly. But it's disorganized. Had an insurance rental for over a month. Got the runaround for weeks about getting swapped out of the regular sedan into a luxury vehicle. I mainly blame Enterprise as a company for this, as their support line failed the request as well, but this location promised callbacks and never did. Likely, they're too busy to even remember such assurances.
The personnel at the Sandy Springs Roswell Road location ALWAYS make the rental process easy breezy for me. Plus upbeat and pleasant to top it all off!
Rolston the manger was great. In and out!
Completely incompetent and nonchalant, even David, the manager. Not able to help when they have no cars for my reservation. I'm baffled by the lack of competence and care. Really shameful
