We rented a passenger van (24 Chrysler Pacifica) for our family vacation (driving here gave us a better deal than a closer Enterprise location). We were able to call and get the van a day earlier prior to them closing, it was clean, took pics of a ding on door (along with entire van) to make sure no issues, agents were great in reviewing information so we could get in/out quickly. My own experience renting from Enterprise is always good. The company has excellent personnel. I stand in wonder at the ability of Enterprise to consistently find such great people to work for it.
Amazing Account reps are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Both on the day I picked up the vehicle as well as on my return trip. Not only did they do a wonderful job presenting the vehicle but were also most efficient. I was in and on the road in merely a few minutes. Thank you all.
