Staff made it very easy to complete rental process. They were all polite, helpful, and patient. I would 100% recommend the Princeton location and staff.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the [Princeton] Enterprise branch. I went to pick up a rental car with my 10-month-old baby, and the service was shockingly poor. I was made to wait over an hour, despite arriving on time. When they finally addressed me, they suggested I drive to a different location, which was far away, something I simply couldn’t do, as my baby was unwell.
