To Ms. Morgan Franc, some friendly words of advice if you plan on continuing in customer service. First, I'd recommend starting to read reservations thoroughly before customers arrive. It was filled out online, so I am assuming it stated somewhere that a driver under 25 would be driving the vehicle at the reserved time.
