The person I dealt with, Luke Browne, was very easy to deal with. I have rented from the St. Albans location many times. Luke and the others in that store have always been professional and take the time to explain the rental agreement and process. I will definitely use them again.

I am giving them a 1 star on customer service. They used to be a company known for good customer service. But this last time I was in there I dealt with a lot of young men, not to say that is the reason because I have a 22 year old that is in the workforce but he has excellent customer service and empathy. Have a rental from the airport. while driving the work, the wiper flew off. Told me that's a different system, "cant do anything for me". I've have a rental for 4 years non stop with Enterprise, and i switched out issues from Airports to this locations before. I called another location who at least directed me to a place to get the wiper repaired... Horrible customer service, and down right rude. I will ensure no one from my company uses this location.
