I booked a vehicle through Enterprise’s online system several days in advance using my corporate account, expecting that a confirmed reservation would mean a vehicle was actually available. Three hours later, I received a call from the local location saying, “Sorry, we were at lunch,” and that they were 12 cars overbooked with a waiting list.
