This is a truly terrible rental company. They're incredibly enthusiastic before you rent a car, hoping you'll choose them. They make numerous calls, enthusiastically explaining their car models. First, they maliciously force you to buy insurance, even though your car insurance company already covers your rental. When you return an hour later to request a refund, they say, "Sorry, it's been over an hour." I recently had a rental reservation at one company, but when it came time to pick up the vehicle, “oops, we have no cars!” The reservation had been made in their app and the inventory was not accurate or synced with what was actual at the store. I called Enterprise and spoke to representative and she got me a reservation. Since I had just gotten burned by trusting inventory I called the store directly to confirm and yes, I was confirmed and a car was available.
