Great rental service, effective and convenient!
I came to Enterprise to rent a midsize SUV for a short trip and had a great experience! Charlene helped me out, and she was super friendly and really helpful. She explained everything clearly, especially what I needed to do when returning the car, which made the whole process so smooth. What I didn’t know (and was pleasantly surprised by) is that they offer free pick-up and drop-off service, no extra cost! That was a big relief and really convenient. I worked with Ernie He helped me get a Audi a wonderful rate and was super cool. He also helped choose the best coverage for the vehicle.
