Renting a car through them feels very limited, and the process isn't clearly explained. I understand policies can't change, but communication was frustrating. I explained multiple times that the accident happened today, yet I was repeatedly asked the same question. When I expressed confusion about next steps, the representative seemed annoyed. The staff at arcadia office is always kind, professional and accommodating when possible.
DO NOT use this company, Especially the Roseville, CA location - Until they train - or fire- their employees to keep them from lying about what “I said” about supposed damage to the vehicle they claimed happened during my rental.When I called to ask that the “damage” report be corrected to reflect what I really said (notably whatever “damage” occurred did not happen while I was operating the car…and if DID happen, which was unlikely, it would have happened while car was parked).
