People at this location were super friendly. I had an issue with low tire pressure in two tires. One was 5 psi under pressure and one of the tires made a thumping sound at low speed. I thought this should have been caught and fixed before I ever took the car. Made me feel unsafe as I was a single female traveling alone.
Great service and friendly staff
The Mansfield, PA location did a great job of ensuring that the vehicle we requested was available. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Jason the Branch Manager was quick to assist us and go over everything that we needed to know. He answered all the questions we asked and made sure we were good to go. Open returning the vehicle, the young man was quick to assist us and in a few minutes we were finished. Everything was sent right to our email.
Parker was an awesome guy to work with we rented a van and the van was a smooth ride would highly recommend Mansfield Pa
