Amazing! Super duper helpful!
Some stores are amazing, like the 8438 Reseda Blvd store, others dissapoint in their customer service. Bad experience with 6230 Sepulveda Blvd. where I picked up the rental, even though I discussed the need for a ride after renting it from them, and the manager said it wasn't a problem, 2.7 miles away but when I called to let them know my truck was done, they wouldn't drive me to my mechanics, if I dropped it off there, (I don't believe I was talking to the manager) so I went to Reseda, and they were more then happy to drop ... read more
