We had a very positive experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. The representatives were very pleasant, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
If I could rate 10 stars I would! The representatives who were there (Brian & Garcia I believe) were incredibly assisting and supportive. I was traveling alone and new to the rental process but they were completely patient, professional, and thorough. I truly appreciated the help! They deserve medals and raises :)

I’m very disappointed in how this rental situation has been handled. After the vehicle was towed from a guest parking space, I informed both the towing company and the rental agency that my personal belongings, including my child’s car seat, were still inside. Despite multiple follow-up calls, my belongings have still not been returned, and the vehicle was reassigned without any notice or opportunity for retrieval.
