The staff at this location is one of the best when it comes to customer service the only set back I see is that they are under staff and sometimes you have to wait a long time to get service
I left something in the rental after returning the car. The manager was so kind to help drop off the item for me and help solve a problem i caused for myself. I truly appreciate the assistance from the enterprise team member willing to do something that "isn't their job" . I will plan to use this branch for my future rentals based off this experience. Thank you manager, you saved the day! (DID NOT ADD YOUR NAME FOR PRIVACY)
Nick is a true example of customer service and professionalism at their best.
