Had a scheduled appointment time for 11am a week in advance today I get a call 2hrs before saying that they won't have a car till later at 2-3pm and I have my mechanic picking up my car at 11am as well. There's no point of going through with them when they can't be prepared...
Our local enterprise office is a gem. So handy and James is so helpful and kind. I always use them when I travel.
James was absolutely amazing! We went from having no vehicle at all (even though the website gave us a confirmation number) to getting us the exact vehicle we needed AND working with us when we ended up having to extend our rental reservation several more days! James saved our family vacation and was SO great with our inpatient 9 year old son while we sorted out the paperwork!
James was wonderful. He helped me out a lot customer service 10 out of 10 on point.
James took great care of us and was very professional. Would definitely come back here for another rental!!
