The representative “Jake”, at the Defiance Ohio location was rude on the phone when inquiring about picking up my rental car. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day that day. However, when calling to verify my rental car return, he was rude again on the phone, and definitely was not friendly when I arrived to return my car. If he doesn’t like to deal with customers, maybe he should get a different job, that doesn’t deal with the public. It really puts a negative tone on Enterprise since he “represents” the company.
