The representative “Jake”, at the Defiance Ohio location was rude on the phone when inquiring about picking up my rental car. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day that day. However, when calling to verify my rental car return, he was rude again on the phone, and definitely was not friendly when I arrived to return my car. If he doesn’t like to deal with customers, maybe he should get a different job, that doesn’t deal with the public. It really puts a negative tone on Enterprise since he “represents” the company. Awesome customer service. Very nice. Definitely use them again
We were very disappointed with our first experience renting from Defiance Enterprise. We rented a vehicle and were set to pick it up on a Friday and got a call at 4:59 pm on Thursday saying they didn’t have a car for us. They closed at 5:00 so just very poor communication and put a damper on our entire weekend plans for our family.
