Recieved vehicle dirty, had to go home and clean the entire interior because that was the only expedition max they had and we were leaving for a week vacation that day. Windshield wipers themselves were broken, just pushed the water around in the rain making it unsafe to drive. The entire vehicle shook at highway speeds, and needed an alignment because it was constantly pulling to the left.
