I rented a truck from this location (RA# 5CT5K8). At the start of the rental, I was charged a $1500 deposit on my card. The rental agreement clearly lists this deposit as separate from rental charges, and it must be refunded after the vehicle is returned unless there are damages or unpaid balances (there were none). I returned the truck almost 3 months ago, but this location has still not refunded my deposit. Every time I ask, I get excuses and different stories. Recieved vehicle dirty, had to go home and clean the entire interior because that was the only expedition max they had and we were leaving for a week vacation that day. Windshield wipers themselves were broken, just pushed the water around in the rain making it unsafe to drive. The entire vehicle shook at highway speeds, and needed an alignment because it was constantly pulling to the left.
