Awesome location. Mr. Myrick is definitely very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole staff up there is on point! They are definitely my go to location now!
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. The car I reserved well in advance wasn’t available when I arrived, and the staff didn’t seem to care or offer a comparable solution. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpf
Horrible customer service- the young women working was very rude when we went out to inspect the vehicle, after waiting almost 30 minutes AFTER our appt pick up time. The car didn't even have a half tank of gas in it, and the price she quoted me was over $120 more than when I reserved online. When I asked her why, she was very short with me and told me I seemed to have a problem and that was why she was being rude to me....all while another employee stood off to the side with his arms crossed like she needed backup or someth... read more
