Knowing what to expect will help you out a lot when renting a vehicle. Knowing how much your deposit will be, knowing about your insurance coverage will keep down a lot of confusion. Call your insurance company and see what they cover. Knowing that you have 29 minutes grace period to pick up your vehicle or they can rent it out to someone else will keep down a lot of confusion.

This would be the second time my grandmother has filled paper work and payed for a car or van just to be told the day before the trip she has planned that they don’t have her car/van. Everytime she has her trip planned and payed for the only issues she ever runs into is them not scheduling pick ups and drop offs right leaving her with no vehicle each time to go on her trip resulting in her stressing for a last minute solution or canceling her trip. Do better this is ridiculous
