Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got an email at 9 AM saying my truck was ready. Throughout the day, I was given several different explanations, and in the end, I still didn't get a truck. I spent the whole day there just trying to figure something out. The staff was useless and, at times, even mean. Save yourself some time and frustration, don't go here.

Very difficult when using booking.com app. Rented for 5 days and pre paid only to be told I had to use "there" app. No one knows answers to basic questions. Very frustrating when employees just say "go online". Just say "I don't know" instead of being rude and smiling. Will never use enterprise EVER AGAIN.. now I'm at the 200 s. Broadway. Little Rock. No one is here. I'm inside and they are outside playing. Now customer service wants me to log into a different website for what??. I had to drive down here on my time to resolv... read more

I received confirmation for a rental. I paid money for a car. I arrived to pick up a car. No car. Edit: All staff I met in person (at all 4 Enterprise locations) were extremely kind and helpful.
