Using the Enterprise app made the process simple and easy. I checked in online and my car was ready and clean. They checked my license and just handed me the key. Extremely efficient process with zero problem. They did not have the car I selected so they upgraded my ride to an Audi SUV for the same price. That was a nice surprise! The Enterprise team was very friendly both at pickup and drop off. Hard to see how they can get better. They are the best in my opinion. I continue to be a regular and dedicated customer.
Absolutely horrible service. Will never use Enterprise again and I recommend you stay far away! I reserved a mini-van for a week because we needed a bigger car for vacation. When I arrived in the evening to pick it up they said all their mini-vans had been recalled (though later a phone representative would say they were unaware of such a situation). They had no mini vans and nothing bigger to replace it with so the best he could do was a standard SUV. I asked if he could call other Enterprises in town and he just refused an... read more
1 star because 0 is not an option. Reservation booked and confirmed days ago. 7 minutes before time of pick up, reservation cancelled. Called customer support, no reason given but no worries, another vehicle is available for $80 more a day. What an absolute joke of business.
