5/18/26: The team at Enterprise was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional — from pickup through each call I made over the weekend regarding a tire issue (5/16 & 5/17), and again with the manager following up today (5/18). Their courtesy and professionalism are so rare in today’s world, and they truly deserve recognition. Kudos to the entire team- I am really serious guys- keep up the great work!
Just came here and in the email it says I’d get a a call if the vehicle or something similar wasn’t available. So I wasted my time and was not able to receive a rental vehicle for my trip due to their negligence. I rented and Audi a5 or similar and the gentleman walks me outside and asks if I’d “like a free upgrade” and brings me outside to an economy suv. What a joke. That’s an upgrade to you?
