Best Customer Service of all time!
The gentleman that answered the phone was perfect. The young man at Willard Airport (6:30p 12/5/25 sorry, I do not remember your name) was polite, efficient, and courteous. And the car was exactly what we asked for. Could not have been a better experience. Thanks Enterprise and the people there that values customer service.
Very Bad, Booked van week ago and they didn’t have it when we came to pick up. They screwed us. Don’t understand what’s point to make reservation.Do not recommend to others.
Enterprise at Willard airport was very helpful when the Enterprise on Prospect cancelled our reservation for not "showing up" within an hour of our "appointment". Yes, it was set for noon, but nobody informed us that it would be cancelled if we didn't show up in an hour. Got there at 1:30 and no car and no help to find one. Went to Willard and got a car and an upgrade and a very pleasant experience. Vacation went off nicely after that.
I don’t understand why you even have a reservation and online check-in system for this branch. Just let people know it’s first come first serve there. A little respect to people time is not a bad thing.
