Customer service at the time of rental was fantastic. They delivered the vehicle to me after I dropped my truck off at the repair shop. There was no need to shuttle. I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and detailing of the rental. Plus it was delivered with less than 1/4 tank of gas.
They have very góod service and will work with you on issues.
Great experiance right from the beginning. People are nice here in this branch. Very good people.
I debated should I write this or not and I decided to write it because of the way business is conducted at Enterprise. When you're turning your car in due to an accident and you arrive to pick up your rental car you're at their discretion because of work or etc. When I went this morning I had a full size rental reservation due to my car being a full size car.
