Like I said in the satisfaction review great company just needs to answer the phones after you get the rental car and have issues with it and not just to sell you a rental agreement customer satisfaction is important as well
Didn't keep my reservation, sprung an extra charge that wasn't disclosed ANYWHERE, and made me look and feel stupid. Very unprofessional in how business was conducted. Will not return.
