Always a great experience???
Booked a truck 2 days in a row, when I got there they said they didn't have any trucks. But they let me waste 2 entire days waiting on them. Would give zero stars. Terrible business.

My car has been in the shop for weeks now. Had to rent from Enterprise 3 different times so far. Customer service is great. Always in and out quick. Rates are also way better than other places.
