I got a good car SUV for a fair price. Customer service at the branch in Columbus Indiana was very pleasant to deal with. The only drawback would be the fact that I wasn't able to return any of the vehicles at the airport in Indianapolis. Other than that it would have been five stars
I would always choose enterprise
These people are beyond incompetent. Sign up for toll waiver on the site and then when I pick up my rental they charge me for extra insurance I ok’d but yet did not add in the toll waiver I chose on the website. Then I was charged for the tolls, called and of course there was “nothing they could do”. Shocking.
Friendly service and laid back. Other than that, standard Enterprise office.
