I have called this Enterprise 6 times - and the customer service line over the course of a month - to get my “free rental day” rewards added to my account so I can use my free day in another state. I have called again and again because nothing ever happened, I never heard from anyone, and each time they assured me they’d handle it. This is a long over due well deserved shout out to the amazing team at the Beaver Dam Road location in Cockeysville, MD. The staff are genuinely nice and extremely accommodating to your needs or concerns in general. I have rented from this location a handful of times and I can honestly say every single experience went just as smooth and hassle free as the last no matter who was working that day assisting me with exactly what I needed in a timely manner with no problems. En route to Enterprise on Beaver Dam Rd during a very stormy rainy day I contacted staff to gain a pickup at the light rail station 1 min driving time from their building. I called 30 mins out and said i needed transportation support as it took me 45 mins just to commute to the light rail station in Baltimore City (MICA) and I waited in the rain 45 mins before the train came (not Enterpise's fault).
