Rented a car due to an accident. The staff was very nice and friendly. I'd recommend them, and will use them again for my car rental needs.
I have used the Ellwood City Enterprise office several times without any trouble (hence the 3 stars). However, I called to rent a car last Wednesday and was told by customer service I could pick it up at this location at 9am. When I arrived no one was in the office. I was told to call the New Castle office and was told by them that due to the holiday, no more appointments would be accepted until Monday. They would reschedule pick up for then.
