After reserving a car for a three day trip (fri-mon) online and getting to this location after work right before they closed. I discovered that my name or phone number was not on any reservations. Not understanding why, I blamed myself for not being that tech savvy and it could be a user error. With that said, there was no car available for me, just a minivan. No thanks, so I tried looking up other locations,not knowing that they all closed in 5 minutes. So I ran back in for the folsom number to see if one was available. The... read more
