Never again will I use this location again. I have been burned too many times by this locations. When I see other customers complaint I thought "oh maybe it was just the ONE employee that screwed over the customer", but no ever time I deal with this location, i have to deal with more crap...I am taking my business elsewhere. I warn you to do the same...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and go to another locations. Read my pic for my issues

I had no problems, made online reservation for weekend got rental contract and conformation info.Went in to great customer service left with vehicle.

I rented a car from the Coleraine location, I really appreciated the positive attitude and excellent customer service from Joe. My car was stuck in the the snow and without hesitation Joe came to help.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Colerain Ave is fantastic! They are always very helpful and have a good selection of vehicles. I love that they will pick you up and drop you back off. Recently they even dropped me off at a place other than my home! They are my go-to car rental place! I definitely would recommend contacting them!
