I don't know why this goof above said 'staffed poorly and unorganized', but he's a moron. I've been using this location since 2008 multiple times a year. My last visit was March 2015. IF I was ever at their location for more than 15 minutes it was because I was deciding if I wanted to upgrade. Car return is even faster. Their Staff are always 100%. 4/5 stars only because I don't give 5 stars...but it was close.
This office is staffed poorly....unorganized and not very customer friendly.
I rent from this location frequently as I have a vacation home nearby, they are the best! As usual everything was seamless. Fast in, fast out and speedy transportation to and from the terminal.
