Such a helpful and considerate staff. They made a brief tour possible of places dear to us from many decades ago by picking us up and returning us at our cruise ship location!
The pick up time was at noon, so we show up a little early and find out the closing time is noon. The guy asks for pay stubs and bills in my name and literally rejects everything I hand him. Doesn't make sense, I rented here last year and it went great. I didn't get to rent the car because I couldn't produce all the strange and unusual paperwork they requested before their closing time. Really screwed up my whole weekend trip. Maybe be forthcoming with things online and avoid having to turn people away at the counter.
We love Enterprise in Dubuque! They are always so professional and accommodating. We have worked with Jeremy a couple of times now and he is a top-notch and wonderfult or work with. Kudos to the team, including Aubrey and Mikey, we appreciate you all!
Would give zero stars if I could. Enough said
