For having two people sitting in the office doing nothing when we walked in, you'd think they could have communicated that our car would not be ready. After driving 40min to pick up the car at the scheduled time, they told us that it wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours and that they would call us... two and a half hours later, we had to call them, only for them to tell us they still didn't have a car for us.
