Normally I am a big fan of Enterprise but this Car broke down and apparently no one wants to help replace it here. Honestly they are truly lost in Dubuque
Very nice place employees are wonderful!!
You can’t just call and talk to somebody you have to answer a bunch of trick questions
My company rented a car for me , i was running behind schedule & had to come pick it up after hours(1pm ish). Minus the seats in the Nissan not looking/smelling the best, the car& keys were ready for me and so far the car runs fine. At first it mentioned I was getting a Toyota BUT I got lucky and ended up with a Nissan ! A car is a car though so …thankfully everything worked out & my company was able to get the keys for me before they closed.
