Extremely terrible experience. I rented a car here for two days and was charged $1,714.94 for damage I did not cause. They never informed me of any pre-existing damage before I rented the car and tried to hold me responsible for previous issues. I tried contacting their agents but received no response. Be very careful if you’re considering renting a car from this place!
I reserved a Nissan Rogue through Priceline from Enterprise to travel from Boston to NY to Canada. I reserved the car a month in advance and paid in full. When I arrived to pick up my Rogue the Enterprise office would not honor my reservation and told me there is a 75% chance the Rogue would be stolen in Canada and they would not take that risk in letting me travel to my end destination which was on my reservation. We received very good customer service with Enterprise. Communication was easy via email as well as text and the price was reasonable.
Terrible experience at Enterprise Rent a Car. We went hoping to rent a car, but the guy at the counter was a complete disaster—rude and unprofessional. People like that ruin your business. Train your staff or replace them. If he doesn’t like his job, maybe he should open a fruit stand instead. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Our rental experience with Enterprise was everything we could have expected! But what put it over the top, was when employee, Alex Muto, went out of his way, well after hours and on his own time, brought me my iPad that I left in the rental. I had a flight to catch early the next morning, and he literally saved the day! I will definitely rent from enterprise again.
