I just set up a rental for next weekend
Rented through this location a few weeks ago. I left a pair of earbuds in the rental. By the time I realized they were missing, I was already at the airport boarding my flight. I called the location and they had the earbuds and said they would send me a form to pay for shipping, great! Except, for the last few weeks I called over 10 times, and gotten ahold of someone twice. Both times they have no idea what I'm talking about and say they're going to follow up with me and never do.
Bad business policies, charged me for 3 days when had car for less than 48 hours. Said it went by the day not hour. Ie. Picked up at 4 pm on Tuesday and returned at 130 pm Thursday less than 48 hours not three days which is 72 hours. Usually a good company but will not rent from the location in Ft Walton Beach Uptown Station again.
