Could not swap out one of their own company vehicles. Have a check engine light on and their manager rather rent it out to a new potential customer than take care of a current and on going customer. Don’t blame them. Seems to be the company culture.

When I picked up the car, Ash was very friendly and conversational. It was a simple process to be picked up from the body shop and taken to pick up my rental. Same was true with Izzy when I had to return the rental vehicle. Positive experience all around!
