I have used the Lincolnton office on many occasions. The guys have always been most helpful and so very kind and pleasant. I always send anyone needing a rental to them. I work at a local hotel and always tell our guests about them should they require a rental. Great Staff!
Would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. Always have VERY good service with Enterprise, have used Enterprise any time we have ever had an issue with any vehicle. Would NEVER use this location again, or recommend them to anyone. Customer Service is everything in a business today. There will always be problems, but when you handle the issues professionally, it makes the experience acceptable. The people here DO NOT try to accommodate the customer. Common courtesy and good manners go a long way!
