Paul Johnson and Tony Dionisio have helped me greatly with all my rental needs. They have been very helpful not only to me but also to the other customers that have been in your place renting cars before it was my turn to rent cars from you. Thank you for such conscientious employees at the Enterprise 353 Sunset Blvd N , Renton, WA site.

0 stars A complete waste of time for out of town travelers. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! Not only are they going to over charge you- they will also penalize people from out of state by requiring credit charges. They let me spend 3 hours setting it up- just to pull last minute nonsense which they only do to out of state people. What’s the point of a rental, if they make it impossible to rent if you’re from out of state

Another great experience with Enterprise! I finally joined Enterprise+ after years of being a customer. Neighborhood branches are usually cheaper than airport locations. I did the "you click, we pick" deal, luckily they gave me a nice Elantra, and not a gas guzzling pickup truck. Car was clean and in good condition, and surprisingly the XM radio was turned on (they usually are not). I'll only rent from Enterprise or one of it's affiliated brands (Alamo and National).
