I reserved a vehicle and came into this location, thought the process would be quick and easy but, it wasn't. I became discouraged because of the long wait and process regarding documents that, you need when you rent with a debit card. I rented a rental car at the mass massillion location and the process was quick and easy. I was happy to get a free upgrade at the whipple location for my long wait.
