Terrible experience with disorganized and unprofessional staff. Despite intentionally prepaying (at a premium price), checking in online, and providing all information upfront with a rental start time slightly earlier than I needed to ensure a smooth process, I did not even receive a vehicle until >1.5 hours after my rental start time. All while mentioning that I was going to be late for a meeting, had done a pre-check online, and would take whatever vehicle even if a lower classification to get out of the door ASAP.
I called to double check about availability to this location was told I could get a car right away. I ordered my uber to take me there and while I was in the car got a call about how they had a waitlist and would not be able to receive a car until the end of the day because of no availability. This is the second enterprise that I called because the first one didn't have anything for me even though I made a reservation well beforehand. Great customer service along with information provided to me to get insurance company to provide extra coverage that I was not aware of. Definitely a team that goes above and beyond.
