I always select this local Enterprise for my car rental needs. It's convenient for pick-up and drop-off and usually the prices are reasonable compared to others. I hope this branch is always there for my needs.
The agents were very nice, courteous and professional. It was a no hassle rental. I would definitely rent again from Enterprise!
Better than Great ! I was broke down at the Jim Thorpe PA rest stop on August 19th and business was getting ready to close for the day and I was taking a mom, and her three young adults to NY for one of the three to enter college. Connor came to my rescue, he sent Frank to pick me up in a large SUV so that I could make sure all of the college bound rooming items could fit. This place lied to me, told me I was all payed up. Then a week and a half later charged my card over $200. They don't know how to communicate or set up proper expectations with customers. I will NEVER go here again. Update: they continue to charge my card for NOTHING over a month after returning it. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION!!!!
