I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I spoke to a real person. I was told that Enterprise would bring the rental car to me at the place where my car is being serviced. I also asked to use a Toyota Sienna minivan and they said they'd do their best to accommodate me. Enterprise sent a driver to take me to their office 30 minutes further north of the service station where I would pick up my rental vehicle. Once there, I was told that the Sienna was not available. Reserved car for 12pm. Someone called me stating the car would not be ready until 4. But still needed to return it by noon the return date. The entire trip the change oil notification kept going off. Before we picked it up, they got it back and sprayed it off, but the outside of the car was still dirty. The people working there were nice, just those inconveniences.
