The worst experience I've ever had renting a car. Wasn't picked up at appt time. Had to call an tell them they were 30 mins late. Was picked up in a really dirty car. I actually had to sit in a seat covered in mud. When we asked what car we would be driving. They said the one we were picked up in. We told them no.
