Worse place to rent a car from. My husband and I had to take a Lyft to rent a car from this location and got there and couldn't rent car cause I just moved from one location to another on my id
I had an excellent rental experience at the Enterprise on Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park. I especially want to recognize the manager, Elliott, who was fantastic to work with from start to finish. There was a bit of a wait because a customer ahead of me insisted on trying to paying cash, which caused a difficult situation and I was impressed watching Elliott handle the escalation with professionalism, patience, and composure, even with a full waiting room.
