Winter park fl, Fairbanks location is the best all around! Honest employee returned my wallet with everything in it. Nothing missing including my gold bracelet! You don't meet honest caring ppl now a day.. so I truly appreciate it
The Winter Park, FL and Rockingham, NC locations ROCK! Elliott and Janiya are SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. Elliott explained the roadside service pros and cons, and very professional. We had trouble in NC but Janiya got us squared away! Overall a great experience and yes I’ll rent again.
Desean was there early one morning as I was dropping off my key walking toward the drop box, he assisted me so that he made sure my return went in the computer as soon as possible and that everything went smoothly for me. Worse place to rent a car from. My husband and I had to take a Lyft to rent a car from this location and got there and couldn't rent car cause I just moved from one location to another on my id
Worse place to rent a car from. My husband and I had to take a Lyft to rent a car from this location and got there and couldn't rent car cause I just moved from one location to another on my id. Asked to give us a ride and says my location too far. Lil manager guy is a clown he don't help people, lady was the only nice person there.
