NEVER EVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. I RENTED MY VEHICLE 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND RECEIVED AN MESSAGES 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO MY PICK UP TO SAY ITS NOT AVAILABLE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent rental from the Nazareth, PA Enterprise location. I was given a different class of vehicle than I reserved and told it was an “upgrade,” which felt misleading. The vehicle (a Ford Expedition) had visible damage on the outside and was disgusting inside — there were interior stains, trash left behind, and worst of all, hair in the cupholders that got on our drinks.
