DISASTER. I called this office directly several weeks before I needed a car. Spoke to a guy named Tyler (on several occasions as a matter of fact.) Oddly enough, he wasn't there the day I arrived. My question was "Would it be possible to get a small BMW for that weekend?" The answer was 'yes'.
