Amazing, patient, and kind staff. Always a great experience!
I made a reservation online. I received a call shortly before my reservation that they I would need to pay an additional $20 additional plus the listed amount of $34/day. I was essentially told it was my fault for booking through a third party. Company should have honoured their rate or not use a third party website if they are unwilling to honour the listed rate.
I was impressed that I was given the option to switch from the midsize SUV to a van at no extra cost, allowing me to choose the vehicle that best fit my needs. The staff was helpful in accommodating my request.
Terrible service. Was given a vehicle in a different city and was told any of the damage was normal wear and tear and too small to document. I drop off at this location and Alyssa has a terrible attitude from the start and “fabricates” damages that don’t even fit in their circle card. Do not use this location.
Adriana & Alyssa are GREAT! Very polite, efficient and understanding! I received a rental from Enterprise through insurance due to to an accident and they Really helped make the best out of a bad situation! Great Location & staff!!!
