This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. The people were really nice helpful even when their customers weren’t gotta give a shout out to Riley. She was so amazing so sweet, kind, helpful, and very patient. She handled disgruntled customers like a champ. We have a 3 row vehicle and specifically asked for a 3rd row vehicle. They gave us something smaller and then when we asked for a 3rd row or van if available. They said they were doing us a "favor" like if we didnt ask for it in the first place. They did not really attempt to help accommodate for our family which is a disappointment. After reporting issues with the vehicle we wanted to exchange but again they stated they did us a favor on the size vehicle. Not really a professional staff at this location.
