The Moncks Corner, SC location was such a great experience.
The process was easy, and the staff was helpful.
Literally booked a vehicle a month in advance for a roadtrip. Received a call the night before from enterprise to confirm and get my information for pickup the next day. Drove all the way to this location to be told they had no vehicles and wasn’t able to get one from another location. Now I usually don’t leave reviews, but being a lead in customer service this had me mad. The fact no one called to inform me that the vehicle was not ready nor available until I showed up is crazy.
