I have always had good luck renting cars. Excellent customer service. Nice cars too! My only complaint is the building is so blasted small and noisy it's hard to concentrate when they are going over rental/ service contract! They need a bigger place!!
Same thing happening to me right now. No cars, now can't pick me up. Ugh!
