Bob was not helpful whatsoever. I just moved from Texas and he said that it said in the "small print" that if I was from out of state that I had to have a major credit card. My husband was going to use his but is not in town and they wouldn't accept it over the phone. He was bland and would not help in any way. He became rude at a point when I became frustrated. Appreciated their friendly and quick service! They were able to get the car returned and drop me off at home quickly. It made a long day of driving so much easier!! Thank you again for the fantastic customer service!!
Customer service was excellent. I don’t know the guy’s name but very friendly. I will definitely choose enterprise in Carlsbad, New Mexico again
