This review is specifically regarding the location at Carlsbad New Mexico. My grandson and I flew into Carlsbad from Albuquerque to visit Carlsbad Caverns. There is no counter service. I was told to call the office for a ride there to pickup my car. I had called before my trip and told them we would arrive at 1pm. I called 4 times and reached a recording stating “call tomorrow “.
