This is my first time to ever write a review! My experience with enterprise in Senatobia was absolutely awful! I reserved a vehicle 6 weeks ago. Confirmed the reservation two weeks ago. When I went today to pick up my car, there wasn't one available. She told me she would have me a car there by 5. I called at 4:30 and she said she couldn't get a car and that I would have to drive 45 minutes in rush hour traffic to another location to get my car. There was no problem with the car no problem returning it dealership checked it and gave me a clear okay I brought it back the way I left with it thank you very much I appreciate Enterprise for the great job they help me during the period that I rent from the company thank you again Enterprise
