Terrible experience at this location. The car was old, poorly maintained. What I was told about the customer service offline, didn’t match what actually happened in person, which wasted my time. Staff seemed focused on volume, not customer service. I won’t rent from this branch again.
Even if you make a reservation they may not have a car for you. No phone call before you show up just a “were busy you’re out of luck”
Disappointing experience. The vehicle provided was noticeably older and had maintenance issues that should have been addressed before renting it out. The branch seems more focused on pushing high rental volume than on providing quality service or well-maintained cars. Customer care felt like an afterthought, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Worst customer service, I don’t recommend this place unless you want a terrible experience.
