Be careful with this company if you want to rent the car you've chosen. I had a bitter experience. I ordered a premium SUV, and when I arrived to pick it up, the company tried to give me a regular van for the same price, which was $100 cheaper than what I booked. I made the reservation three days in advance. I cancelled the deal
Wonderful customer service
The experience of enterprise rental car coming Georgia was excellent. The staff was superior, helpful, friendly, respectful. The drop off in South Carolina was flawless. The price was very reasonable and it was an overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend using Enterprise and I would hope that all Customer Service agents are as helpful as they are at this particular enterprise location.
One employee working the front desk. Every parking space has a cone in the parking spot. No overnight parking. What are we doing?
Delightfully surprised! My previous experience with competing businesses next door (literally) left me with impression that renting a car was always a huge headache that took forever. I rented a car during very busy holiday week and didn’t have to wait AT ALL, the car was exactly what I asked for, and there were no surprises, $ related or otherwise, before or when returning.
