GREAT experience with Isaiah from start to finish. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very welcoming even under the pressure of a busy time. All the staff seemed to work well together tending to everyone’s needs. We’ll definitely be back
I have experienced extremely poor customer service throughout this rental. From the moment I picked up the vehicle, multiple warning lights were illuminated on the dashboard. I contacted the customer service center more than four times, yet no action was taken. I also visited the Cumming location twice, and both times they refused to exchange the vehicle. The car is not safe to drive, and the lack of concern shown by the staff is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise and strongly advise others... read more
All of the employees have been outstanding! I was in a car accident and needed a rental fast, after my insurance stopped paying they helped me get in a rental asap at great rates and incentives. I have had to rent ever since, Jaylen has also been an awesome bonus amongst everyone there, i wish i could name you all! Thank you, Enterprise employees def took the stress and pressure off of my family and I during this financially challenging time. 110% recommend!!
Unfortunately, the car I rented here developed an issue and I had to swap it out in Foley, AL (they were amazing there as well) When I returned the vehicle today, Isaiah asked me how everything went and I told him what had happened. He was very apologetic and asked what he could do to make it right. I am very happy that Isaiah and Enterprise made it right. Things happen, but they were concerned and they obviously put their customers first. Very happy!
