I had such a great experience with this car rental place! The process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was exceptional. Special thanks to Viktoriya and Tevaul for going above and beyond! They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. I’ll definitely be renting from here again and recommending this location to friends and family.
This place has 1 employee up front 15 people waiting employees argue with customers I just watched 5 people walk out including me good luck . You can't rent anything if you can't even talk to the one employee that works there because he's busy arguing with one of the customers just wanted to rent a truck for game day not today!!!! In the past I have spent at least 10,000 dollars here at this location I will not be coming back this place is ridiculous, do better this location is understaffed and can't preform simple tasks.
