On June 19th, I picked up an insurance rental at this location while my Mazda CX-30 was being repaired for minor collision damage. I paid an upcharge for a Ford Escape, but when it was brought around, the interior was filthy: a large white, crusty stain on the passenger seat, a strong urine odor that wasn’t noticeable until after whatever they sprayed wore off, animal fur in the crevices, and dried food debris on the steering wheel. Great service. All staff that I talked to were extremely polite and helpful. Communication was very clear. The car was clean and they offered to clean it even further. Would recommend.

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica minivan one way from St. Louis to New York to move our son into his apartment. The whole process from pickup to drop off was flawless. The car was perfect for our needs and gave us no problems. Very friendly staff for pickup and drop off. No complaints whatsoever.
