Everything was great. The staff was professional. Just didn't like that they told me that my insurance didn't cover the rental when it did, and they charged me for the weekend of insurance on the rental .when I was not supposed to pay anything. They only returned me 10 dollars from the 70.
Bad customer service, they forced me to take higher car to pay more money than the coverage I have manger was unprofessional
Excellent customer service. Nina always makes the experience perfect. Would not go anywhere else.
