Managers are very helpful. They do get very busy at times. I had to wait an hour for my car but I got a great vehicle upgrade!
Nice clean car..exceptional customer service
Enterprise stands above its competitors in 2 crucial areas... price and service. Prices are consistantly lower than Avis and Hertz. Second, everywhere I've traveled and rented, Enterprise staff is the friendliest and most attentive in the business.
Terrible. After making an online reservation and receiving all of the necessary confirmation details, I walked 20 minutes from my hotel across a few four-lane lane highways to pick up my car as scheduled, only to find out there was no car available. They completely shirked any accountability by saying “they’re not responsible for reservations” . They totally screwed me. I am changing my review to one star. I was telling myself never to book at this location again but nothing else around had availability. The wait time is ridiculous. Although I have a membership next time I will book with someone else rather than coming here. Mgmt obviously doesn’t take any review seriously. I use this location every now and then because it’s close by. The staff is generally nice and I am giving 3 stars because of wait time. I made a reservation two days in advance.
