AVOID! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've used several Enterprise locations across NoVA. At my very first encounter here, they are trying to scam me into paying for damage I didn't do. Dismissive and rude staff. I've rented several times at enterprise at other locations. Not a single problem. Save yourself some time and take Metro to the airport or Crystal City and rent there. You'll thank me later. David, Landry and others - all need to be sent to the customer service courses and learn how to talk to people. Never renting again.
Nearly Everyone is need of a car sometimes. Our lives can be hectic without a doubt. I rented a truck here and the key battery was low and I didn’t realize it. Once it dawned on me that the car wasn’t functioning properly, I took it back here and asked who was going to pay for my time and resources to come back. David Gilchrist (office manager) jumped in to help. He offered me a brand new truck and a free day of rental for my inconvenience. This store is managed well by Mr. Gilchrist.
Outstanding service at the Alexandria site. Bravo General Manager!
