I was double charged on my card of 600 dollars on using this branch. I am currently working with bank of America with this. That said it would have been nice if the vehicle I trade in to the dealer is somewhat reflected. A Honda Odyssey is trash replacement for my vehicle.

Had a wonderful experience renting a car here. Booked the cheapest rate about 40 mins before I picked it up, and they had a perfectly clean Ford Escape ready for me. Staff were very friendly and competent. Both getting the car and returning it were quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend and will come back should I ever need a car rental in Puyallup again.
