Bri was very helpful both times I delt with her, and was very quick to solve an issue. I will definitely look forward to working with her again!
Being a former employee I am use to longer waits but I was not ready for what I experienced when I returned. I was questioned and basically called a liar. The rep "Jon" was very ruled and was no help at all. To top it off he did not even say thank you for my business or ask me how he can fix things. Luckily the assistant manager at the maryvale local was able to help me. This store needs a manager asap!
