I rented a car from enterprise on Friday afternoon at 3 pm check out time. The representative took a call while she was waiting on me making all types of expressions (INAPPROPRIATE). I asked for E-ZPASS she said you can only get it at the airport location (NOT CONVENIENT). I asked how much, she said $44.09 Now Saturdays that location closes at 12 noon. They will try to trick read everything because they over charged me& won't get back with worst experience ever
I had one of the worst experiences ever in my rental life. I specifically called to say I was booking from Wednesday 5.30pm to Saturday 5.30pm and I was told the office is closed then but if I drop the keys in the return box I should be fine and won't be charged. I check my account to find out I have been charged to Monday (5) days instead of the 3 days I reserved it for. I called to find out why I was told they don't open over the weekend till Monday.
