I changed my preferred rental company "Hertz" to Enterprise by booking a car in July. This booking was without issue, I provided my email address and immediately received a confirmation of my booking, and immediately received my rental agreement prior to leaving the location, I additionally received update information, to extend my rental, etc. However, I recently rented again on August 3rd, for two days.
